What data we process and why
When you order, we store your name, your email address, optionally your phone number and your note to us, plus the products ordered, the chosen pickup place and time and the payment method (cash or Twint on pickup). We need this to process your order, send you the confirmation by email and reach you about the pickup. We do not use it for advertising and do not pass it on, except to the service providers listed below.
There are no customer accounts and nothing is paid online: we receive no payment data.
Cookies and access data
We only use technically necessary cookies: for your basket while you order (session), for your chosen language and to protect our forms. There are no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and icons are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.
To prevent abuse we count order attempts per address in encrypted (hashed) form only; IP addresses are not stored. When you open the shop from a flyer, we only count how often that happens – without any personal data.
Service providers
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. The website and order data are stored on a server in a data centre in the EU.
- Email delivery: Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland.
- Notifications to us: ntfy.sh. For a new order we receive a push message with the order number, products and pickup time – without name, email or phone number.
According to the Swiss Federal Council, Germany and the EU provide adequate data protection.
How long we keep data
We delete or anonymise the contact details (name, email, phone, note) of completed orders after 24 months. The anonymous order (products, quantity, date) is kept for our accounts and stock records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to the email address above. If you believe we are not processing your data correctly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
